Delete Yeax account and data

Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Yeax account and associated app data from inside the Yeax app or from this page.

To request deletion from the web, send an email to legal@yeax.app with the account email or username used in Yeax. If you know your Yeax user ID, include it too.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, Yeax will delete or anonymize account data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible, including:

• Account and profile information.
• User content and app activity associated with the account.
• Device, session, and preference data associated with the account.

What may be retained

Yeax may retain limited records when required for security, abuse prevention, moderation, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, legal obligations, or backup integrity. Retained records are kept only for the period needed for those purposes.
